Missing your treatment time with Dr. Cathy?
Sometimes you just need a quiet place to land, to find your breath and feel your coherence under the chaos.
And that’s exactly what we can do together, right on Zoom live video conferencing.
Yes, it’s like having me right there with you as we breathe together, connect in your rich, juicy source, and explore “What’s possible now!”
There have been so many powerful benefits to meeting this way. You are in the comfort of your own home space, and can snuggle in for a good, integrative rest when our session is done. This brings the work to life within you in your landing container, and empowers your embodied awareness.
Here's what folks have said about their virtual Personal Process sessions:
Over the last two years, I let go of giving and receiving treatment on a massage table. So, when symptoms in body and mind had me seeking help, I went to a medical Dr. who sent me to the PT, who talked about when certain tissues develop in an embryo, and that lit the metaphorical lightbulb over my head.
I scheduled my own at-home intensive treatment: 3-virtual sessions in one week with Dr. Cathy. It was time to get to the root of things. I'd studied with Dr. Cathy in person: human development, the nervous and vascular systems, and tablework. My at-home Personal Process Sessions showed me that I'd been holding a level of overall tension despite my best efforts.
From my open computer with a view of my bed, Dr. Cathy guided my awareness through the body. I felt sighs, and gurgles, and flow, and lightness, and deep, deep, restorative relaxation. I've seen it in person and was so glad to hear Dr. Cathy speak her awareness of how the body was responding and of how the process was unfolding. Her observations were true to my experience.
A feeling of reorganization in the body was immediate.
The feeling of relief was immediate.
The symptoms began to improve very soon after. I continue to use the advice from my PT and what I learned in my on-line Personal Process Sessions to support my body's healing. Reminded by Dr. Cathy, I'm able to find "that place" myself again when I rest quietly and breathe. I'm so grateful I don't have to wait or travel to have the support I need.

More kind words...
It was 2007, when I landed on Dr. Cathy’s table and in her hands after a horrible car accident. I was rear-ended and was experiencing awful whiplash symptoms that were debilitating. I became sensitive to light and sound and the headaches and pain would not subside. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who is extremely in-tune with my body and all of it’s nuances. At that time, I tried every modality that I could imagine to assist my body and brain in their healing process and to no avail, nothing was working.
It was Dr. Cathy who pieced together that my prior head trauma (previous equestrian accidents, as well as multiple surgeries on my nose, throat and sinuses) were cumulative.
As I recall, I began to feel relief after one session and knew I had to continue working with Dr. Cathy.
As time went on the relief lasted longer and longer in between sessions and I began to feel like my old self again. Dr. Cathy’s empathy, knowledge, skill and understanding is what really gave me hope. This healing journey on Dr. Cathy’s table was the beginning of a long practitioner/client/teacher/student relationship for years to come!
It is now 2022, and Dr. Cathy and I are still working together. Over the years, she has been my go to practitioner, assisting me through multiple healing journeys; my body and brain suffered tremendously from exposure to mold and having mold toxicity, various injuries and being sick with COVID (all of which deeply affected my brain and nervous system). Throughout the years, Dr. Cathy has always been a beacon of light and hope, validating my symptoms and how they presented in my body and brain. At times when I was discouraged in my healing journey, she has offered me sanity when other practitioners or doctors acted as if I was crazy. Dr. Cathy’s dedication and commitment to her profession and her clients/patients has allowed her to constantly evolve her techniques and skillset over the years, always staying current or ahead of the latest research and science. Most recently she has developed a way to treat patients through Zoom, created out of the need to continue helping people during the earlier stages of the COVID pandemic when treating patients in person wasn’t an option. You know what they say; necessity is the mother of all invention. The first time I received a zoom session with Dr. Cathy was after three months of still suffering from COVID symptoms, which took hold of my brain and nervous system. My brain fog was extreme, I was open to any and all help! Of course my trust in Dr. Cathy, allowed me to remain open to receiving. And receive I did! I’m still in awe of how she developed a technique to cue the body/nervous system to find a safe and balanced landing through this medium. At times, I felt that we were able to go deeper and access the crux of the symptoms quicker and more profoundly from the comfort and safety of my home! I am forever grateful to be a patient/client of Dr. Cathy’s and experience her ever evolving techniques and empathy!
