Stress-Relief Strategies: Let the “Why of the Wiring” connect you to your calmness

Watch the Show
SHOW REFLECTIONS

Wow, thanks for such a great start to our Neuro-Transformation Journey!

We started with the stories of our Autonomic Nervous System and the surprising dances between wiring, juice bar, and internal homeostasis.

And we also learned that true embodied survival is not about banging your defense edges out into the world, but in sliding into your soft, source breath, so you can navigate the world from your truth, not your clenched trauma.

That’s where our survival takes root, in our belly, breath and heartbeat. And the more familiar we slide into that soft place, our Balance Zone, the better our health and vitality serve us.

Another important revelation? Although we’ve been unconsciously imprinted for rapid reactions to external stimuli (and old mind stories), we can consciously rewire our ANS for better internal regulation – and health. And as we will learn in later episodes, that soft landing lets us manage those triggers in better ways. It all starts with that soft deep belly breath.

I’ve got the hard copy of all that here in your bonus pdf. So go ahead and click in, and then go create your quiet corner, your Balance Zone nook!

Thank you! I’ll see you next Tuesday, 1:00 pm ET, on BoldBraveTV.com.

Ps. It’s really just what our “Tummy Buddies” have been showing us all these years!

Yes, the vitality of our internal, belly-breath-heartbeat-brainstem system driving those cortical adventures!
