That’s what we were doing last Sunday, at Amaryllis Therapy Network in Denver, as we inaugurated the new, 3-hour class for caregivers. “Compassionate Caregiving” looked at the neuroscience of our stress system and the powerful effects we can have when we stop to take a breath. We had fun! And left in a very relaxed state, ready to go play with our new information.
